Enjoy elegant dining in the sumptuous surroundings of the Aileach Restaurant. Recognised by both our regular guests and the Leading Restaurants, who have annually awarded Best Restaurant since 2007, for culinary excellence and dedication to serving expertly prepared, imaginative dishes in a warm and relaxing environment.
At lunchtime enjoy a traditional Irish carvery whilst in the evening both of Executive Chef Shane Coyle's A la carte menu and his Early Bird menu expertly combines delicious locally sourced ingredients to give a Donegal twist to some classic favourites.
Monday to Friday - 7am until 10:30
Weekends & Bank Holidays - 7:30 until 10:30
Monday to Saturday - 12:30 until 3pm.
Sunday Lunch served between 12:30 and 4pm
Daily from 6:30pm until 9pm
